FOR SELLERS: SELLING PROCESS FOR DOMAIN NAME
Q: How do I use your service to sell my domain name?
A: Easy! Just login to where your names are registered and forward all your domain names you would like for us to sell to:
http://www.justsaysold.com/domain-name/
YOU MUST USE: masked, stealth or frame forwarding/redirects. If not, and you were to use regular forwarding or redirects, your buyer may become confused and will not make any offers.
HOW TO TELL IT’S WORKING: When you type in your domain name, your domain name should stay in the URL box or Browser even though it is showing our sales page. If you type in your domain name and in the URL or browser it shows http://www.justsaysold.com/domain-name/, that means you didn’t set your forwarding correctly.
Q: What type of domain names can I forward?
A: Any generic, concept, geo or brandable domain names. DO NOT FORWARD ANY DOMAIN NAMES THAT CLEARLY VIOLATE TRADEMARK LAWS. If you’re not sure about a name, don’t forward. DO NOT FORWARD ADULT,FETISH, PORNOGRAPHY, ILLEGAL MATERIAL, AND ILLEGAL COMMERCE NAMES. Sellers who have domain names with hidden info or hidden behind a proxy service will be asked to correct the WHOIS info and/or remove the proxy service before any offers can be passed on. We do telephone verifications as well, so be sure your phone# in the whois for that domain name is up to date.
Q: Do I need a broker’s agreement with you before I can sell my domain names?
A: No. Whenever you forward your domain name(s) to our sales page (http://www.justsaysold.com/domain-name/), you are agreeing to allow us to broker your domain name(s).
Q: What if I don’t want to sell domain names through your service anymore?
A: Simply stop forwarding your domain name(s) to our sales page (http://www.justsaysold.com/domain-name/)
Q: Will I be given the contact info of the buyer?
A: No. This is to protect from any deal and fee circumventions.
Q: Will you help me determine a sale price for my domain name?
A: Yes, and no. Yes , we’ll have discussions with you to help give you an idea of what may be a fair price, BUT no, we cannot tell you what the final price should be.
Q: What is your fee?
A: 10% of the final sale price or $50, whichever is higher, from the seller.
Q: Am I part of the negotiation, and can I determine the final price and ultimately decide whether I want to sell the domain name or not?
A: Yes, once you and the buyer have come to a final agreement on the details of the sale, we’ll initiate the escrow process.
Q: Who sets up escrow and how do I get paid?
A: We set up the escrow transaction for your domain name at escrow.com and take the payment. After you’ve transfer the domain name to the buyer AND payment has cleared and been deposited to our account, we subtract our fee and pass the remainder of the payment to you in the form of a check.
Q: Can I be paid faster?
A: Yes, we can wire the payment to you. The wire fee (bank) is $20.
Q: Who pays the escrow fee?
A: The buyer.
